- To cancel after the order confirmation you have to pay the delivery charge.
- For size issue you can return the product, paying the delivery charge while delivery man still at your door.
- For any faulty product you can return without paying any charges but you have to show the fault to the delivery person. No fault accepted after the delivery man leaves.
- We delivery within 3 days inside Dhaka and 5 days outside Dhaka via REDX. You will get a link via REDX(message) and can trace the parcel through the link. If REDX delay to delivery after we handover the parcel to REDX, Choose & Take won’t be responsible.
- Delivery charge Inside Dhaka-60TK just for home delivery service
- Delivery charge Dhaka sub area-100Tk just for home delivery service
- Delivery charge outside Dhaka-130TK just for home delivery service
- For outside dhaka must be advane delivery charge for confirm your order.

Return policy
- Have to return while the delivery man still at your door.
- No return acceptable after the delivery man leaves.
- Delivery charge must be paid.
- Return charge for outside dhaka-70TK must be paid
- Return charge for Dhaka sub area-50TK must be paid
Exchange policy
- For size issues you can exchange size within 24 hours after receiving the product.
- After 24 hours, no exchange acceptable.
- Delivery charge will be added.
- Any product you return/exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
- Items will NOT be exchanged or returned if a request is made after 24 hours.
